EBSE has commenced mechanical installations on site at the prestigious Bradford Central Library refurbishment. Once all the mechanical and electrical service options are integrated, including biomass boilers and plant, the contract will be in excess of £1.3m.
EBSE secured the work through competitive tender in competition against other Bradford Council preferred M&E contractors. The contract runs for approx 12 months with an anticipated completion date of October 2015.
In securing this local key contract, along with an extremely healthy order book for 2015, Daniel Bowman Director of EBSE, has employed a further 2 mechanical engineers, a site apprentice and a trainee building services technician to expand his team.
Within the plant room the proposed biomass will be 1000 kilo watts and will be one of the largest biomass boilers installed for Bradford Council.
