Ravenscliffe@Springhall is a 6^th Form centre dedicated to helping young people develop the skills required to lead lives that are as independent as possible.

Brief:

Elite were delighted to be appointed the mechanical and electrical systems contractor for the construction of the purpose built, fully accessible 6th Form, Sports Facility & Community Café in Halifax.

The purpose built centre was officially opened on Friday 28^th September 2018 by Lord Sebastian Coe and Hannah Cockroft MBE which was celebrated throughout the community who largely helped to fund the project.

Working for the principle contractor, Esh Build, Elite delivered a full design and install of all mechanical and electrical services.

Unique Aspects:

Integration of design and materials to meet the specialist ligatures and physical/sensory requirements of the students as well as being a leading educational institution

Notable Achievements:

Completed within 7 months to the agreed timescale and budget.

Through the excellent working relationship with the school during the contract and handover our colleagues at EMS have now been awarded the maintenance contract.
