Brief description of contract:
Mechanical and Plumbing works carried out at Lister Lane a large 3 million pound conversion of a former School to a specialist unit for the disadvantaged and disabled.

Brief:
To remove all services and the installation of new services throughout, heating, domestic services and ventilation to suit. Due to the specialised function of the site and safety of the occupiers the specification was designed keeping all services hidden and secure yet achieving performance. The installation was diverse in that this site required classroom operation, sleeping accommodation, kitchen facilities and sporting use.

This was a very complicated contract with multiple phases and difficult unique installation problems Elite dealt with all these issues in an exemplary and professional manner. It was very much a design on site situation due to the layout and complications which Elite dealt with very well
