Brief:
No 1 Kingsway has been designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating and an EPC rating of A. This guarantees excellent environmental and sustainable design throughout the development process leading to both business and environmental cost savings. It has a design agenda driven by comfort, energy and reduced carbon emissions and running costs.

Eight levels of offices are provided and  the ground floor is occupied by two retail units, plus main reception area 4 x 13 person lift, plus lift servicing underground carpark LG7 compliant lighting.

Our Role:
Planned Preventative Maintenance and 24/7 Reactive Call Out Service for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Lifts and BMS.
