Description of Works:
The site is located within a multi-storey office at Thorpe Park Business Centre Leeds. Our Client Bluefin required the services office refit of their newly leased office space. Working directly with the client discussing requirements to enable function to suit their needs we designed and installed the data structure along with small power, ventilation, air conditioning and domestic services for the kitchen tea area. We took on the site management role for all other trades and organised the building regulation and CDM for the site. The clients requirements for a quick turnaround from lease agreement were essential.

We effectively designed, managed and installed all requirements effectively and swiftly allowing minimal down time. Working in an environment keeping all other building tenants informed and comfortable was essential.
