This mixed-use building was given a full make-over to create a collection of luxury boutique apartments within the vibrant area of Soho.

Comprising of 16 apartments, 2 penthouses and a retail outlet, we worked alongside principal contractor, Dean Pro Co to install all mechanical and electrical systems to create a high-end finish using the most up to date technology.
