Zenith Network Centre, Barnsley

This aim of this project was to enhance the exterior of 20 industrial units at the warehouse by addressing key maintenance needs. This included visually uplifting the units, inspecting and repairing roof sheets and lights for external leaks, and refreshing the tired-looking external fire doors. These works formed part of an annual external construction and maintenance program.

Our client approached us to carry out external maintenance on 20 industrial units at the Zenith Network Centre in Barnsley. This business park, home to various units, requires a yearly upkeep program to maintain its functionality and appearance.

Entrusted with this project due to its scale and complexity, we focused on several critical areas. Roof sheeting and roof lights were inspected and repaired to address any damage causing internal leaks. The rear fire doors, which had become scratched and worn, were redecorated to restore a fresh, professional look. Additionally, the roof end laps were treated with a plastisol coating to ensure proper sealing and prevent rust.
