Chelsea House is the head office for high street fashion retailer River Island. The building was wholly re-developed in 2008 by UK & European. The development incorporated Green Technology such as Ground Source Energy, specialist lighting, all larger motors fully inverter driven heat and cool engines served by the Ground Source Bore Holes.
Our Role: Planned Preventative Maintenance and 24/7 Reactive Call Out Service for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and BMS. Ground source heating and cooling via heat engines and cooling engines.
