Elite were delighted to be appointed the mechanical and electrical systems contractor for the construction of the purpose built, fully accessible 6th Form, Sports Facility & Community Café in Halifax.

The purpose built centre was officially opened on Friday 28^th September 2018 by Lord Sebastian Coe and Hannah Cockroft MBE which was celebrated throughout the community who largely helped to fund the project.

Working for the principle contractor, Esh Build, Elite delivered a full design and install of all mechanical and electrical services.

Ravenscliffe@Springhall is a 6th Form centre dedicated to helping young people develop the skills required to lead lives that are as independent as possible.

Integration of design and materials to meet the specialist ligatures and physical/sensory requirements of the students as well as being a leading educational institution.

Completed within 7 months to the agreed timescale and budget.
Through the excellent working relationship with the school during the contract and handover our colleagues at EMS have now been awarded the maintenance contract.
We were proud to have worked on such an inspiring project which gives such amazing support and independence to young people.

In my 4 years as Operations Manager for ESH Construction in Yorkshire, Elite Engineering have delivered the M&E services for a number of my projects. On each of the contracts I have found Elite Engineering able to deliver on all aspects required of their scope of works, have always provided sufficient resource to maintain programme, and installed to a quality of a high standard. They have a keen approach to health and safety, and I can confirm they were operating well within our own ESHQE operational standards.A must in the construction industry of today. Their site teams are also well supported by a robust technical management team who hold a full knowledge of working practises, inclusive of the practical, design, procurement and client liaison aspects.
