Elite were appointed to provide the design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing for a new office space.

A-SAFE wanted to establish a new office suitable for their continuing expansion and strive for excellence. A key part of their brief was a desire to keep synergy with recently completed HQ but enhance and improve occupational use. It was also essential for the new office to reflect a similar design and atmosphere of their headquarters, creating continuity between offices. They required a space that would impress clients, boost employee morale, and help contribute to increased productivity.

Taking ASAFE’s brief, we focused on precise coordination working closely with Royds Development and EC Harris Partnership on a fully exposed installation. The design had to match the look and feel of their HQ offices, while also infusing the team’s own specialist skills enhancing existing and expectations. High end materials and finishes were used across the whole site, including the state-of-the-art gym installation.

The workspace is designed with flexibility and collaboration in mind. The open-plan desk area is complemented by meeting rooms, touchdown spaces and a kitchen/tea point. ASAFE were delighted with the outcome of their new office. Their colleagues were enthusiastic about returning to a workspace that felt high quality and cohesive, with this cohesion creating a sense of identity and belonging. The open plan design and comfortable seating areas encouraged people to work as a team, while the high-quality acoustic solutions ensured privacy when needed.
