Refurbishment of city-centre building to create clinical and office space.

Bevan Healthcare and Wellbeing are a social enterprise who work across West Yorkshire to help vulnerable groups such as refugees and asylum seekers, people experiencing homelessness, sex workers and Traveller groups to access healthcare.

We’ve just completed a refurbishment of their building in Leeds City Centre, to create clinical and office space so Bevan can evolve their services in line with the changing needs of the people they serve.

The building had to stay open for patients throughout, so we delivered the work in phases, enabling staff to continue delivering their vital healthcare services during the project.
