Elite Construction and Fabric Services deals in construction, fit out and building fabric maintenance contractor, with a specialist knowledge and experience in building fabric compliance.
The division was established and developed to meet the needs of existing Elite Group clients and has now developed its own identity as a reliable, cost effective innovative contractor across Yorkshire and the north. Working on small to medium projects, the needs of our clients always come first.
Projects range from minor reactive ‘call out’ works for contract clients through to maintenance operations such as fire door compliance inspections and remedial works. We offer small to medium commercial building fit out and construction projects, either from a client’s specification and drawings tender packages or through a design and build procurement route.
Our projects
Elite Construction and Fabric Services undertakes a wide variety of construction works and has a history or undertaking complex projects of all sizes.
We work in partnership with the client during the pre-construction phase - designing the project, helping on final finishes, colour preferences and outlining our aim to deliver the project specifically to the client’s needs.
Office fit outs
Constructing new partitions, M&E works, plastering, decoration, flooring, roofing, and scaffolding works
School works
Ripping out old toilet blocks and fitting new toilets, sinks, cubicles, flooring, lighting, decoration, electrical and plumbing works.
Fire door works
Removing old fire doors and replacing with new FD30 or FD60 compliant doors with correct ironmongery or undertaking remedial works to existing doors to make compliant.
External Civils works
Revitalising external areas, repairing damage and wear to paving and kerbs, installation of new footpaths and installation of drainage and power supplies.
Large decoration projects
Full internal re-decoration of communal, stairwell and office areas.
