As part of the continuing growth of Elite Group, we are delighted to announce a number of new appointments and promotions from within the company, to enhance our senior management team.
Martin Kilburn: appointment as Operations Director, Elite Managed Services
We are delighted to welcome Martin to Elite Group as Operations Director of Elite Managed Services. He will work closely with the newly promoted Allan Rushworth, who is now Director of the division.
Allan Rushworth: promotion to Director, Elite Managed Services
This represents a further promotion for Allan, as last year he was promoted to Operations Director. We aim to promote from within wherever possible, so we were pleased to be able to recognise Allan’s commitment, ability and experience with this promotion to Director of Elite Managed Services.
Danny Bellwood: promotion to Associate Director, Elite Construction & Fabric Services
In order to drive expansion of the construction side of the business, Danny Bellwood was appointed Associate Director of the newly created Elite Construction & Fabric Services. He’s been part of Elite Group for a number of years and his previous role was in Elite Managed Services. In his new role, he will aim to grow the new division, with responsibility for bringing in new clients and strengthening our relationships with existing clients.
Gavin Jones: promotion to Projects Director, Elite Engineering Services
Gavin has worked for Elite Group for 10 years and his promotion to Projects Director is in recognition for his dedication in providing a secure, safe and professional working environment for all EES employees, as well as aiding the development of an experienced, technically competent and innovative team.
These appointments and promotions will further strengthen our senior management team and we look forward to continuing growth throughout 2025.
