The project required us to install a high-efficiency heating, cooling, and domestic water system for this secondary school in Idle, Bradford.

This project for Immanuel College involved the full mechanical services installation, delivering a high-efficiency heating, cooling, and domestic water system. Key elements included the deployment of localised point-of-use hot water heaters, a boosted cold-water system, Daikin heat recovery ventilation, and a Daikin air conditioning system for year-round climate control.

This mechanical installation successfully delivered an efficient, compliant, and modern solution for the building’s water and HVAC needs. The combination of decentralised heating, pressure boosted water, and zoned climate control provides flexibility, user comfort, and a long-term energy efficient building environment.
