Allan Rushworth

Director

With more than two decades in the industry, Allan Rushworth has amassed extensive expertise spanning all sectors. He presently manages multiple national contracts alongside his dedicated team.

Central to the success of any thriving organisation is a finely-tuned mechanism that guarantees smooth operations. This essential position connects strategic vision with practical implementation, ensuring the company's goals materialise effectively.

Allan is charged with translating the company's strategic aspirations into actionable operational strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational targets and optimal resource utilisation.

Martin Kilburn

Operations Director

Martin started his career as an apprentice electrician and after completion gained an electrical technician qualification before advancing his way through the positions of Site Foreman, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, National Account Manager, and Head of Engineering for one of the world’s largest healthcare brands before ultimately joining the EMS team as Operations Director in October 2024.

Having successfully worked in senior roles as both a contractor and client provides Martin with a unique perspective into implementing bespoke Hard FM maintenance delivery regimes and reporting strategies which ensure that all stakeholders' requirements and expectations are not just met, but in many cases exceeded.

Martin prides himself on being a proactive problem-solver and also has a keen eye for energy saving opportunities, over the years he’s successfully specified and delivered over £20m of sustainability projects, winning several recognised industry awards along the way.

Daniel Bowman

Group Director

Daniel is a founding member of Elite Group, responsible for the development and growth of the MEP installations and contracting.

As the Group Director of Elite Engineering Services, Daniel's role is to ensure the company continues to meet the changing needs of the industry and our clients.

Daniel started work straight from school at age 16, entering a 4 year apprenticeship Pipefitter Welder course. He began working in project management aged 22, beginning again as a trainee, but his talent led to his rise to Director by the age of 31, and ultimately to the creation of Elite Group in 2015.

Gavin Jones

Projects Director

Gavin has over 28 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry, and has worked across a wide range of projects, from large-scale commercial builds to bespoke system installations.

Gavin was a key part of the development and growth of Elite Engineering Services, helping shape it into a respected name in the industry. That experience gave him a solid foundation - not just in technical design and project delivery, but also in building strong, reliable teams that get the job done right.

Gavin brings a practical, hands-on approach to every project. He believes in clear communication, straight-talking advice, and a commitment to quality from start to finish. Whether it's a complex M&E fit-out or a fast-track installation, he's proud to lead a team that values precision, reliability and real-world results.

Danny Bellwood

Associate Director

Danny Bellwood is self-motivated, adaptable, and committed team player with the ability to deliver outstanding results. He has comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, with experience managing multi-site regional contracts and small to large projects nationwide, with values ranging from 3k to 4.9million.

Danny's expertise spans various domains, from understanding architectural blueprints, deciphering engineering specifications, and comprehending the nuances of local building codes and regulations. He serves as the bridge between stakeholders, ensuring that clients' aspirations are met, contractors are aligned, and the project remains on schedule and within budget.

Danny is a custodian of construction dreams, turning visions into tangible realities, brick by brick, and ensuring that every project stands as a testament to excellence and precision.

Daniel Bowman

Group Director - EES

A founding member of the Elite Group, a Group Director charged with the development and growth of the MEP installations and contracting.

As the Managing Director of Elite Engineering Services Daniels role continues to develop the company in the changing environments and needs of the industry and clients requirements.

Daniel started working in the industry from school aged 16 entering a 4-year apprenticeship Pipefitter Welder course. Quickly progressing through the site ranks to self-fund further education in Building Services Engineering.

Daniel moved from installations to project management aged 22 starting again as a trainee yet rising to company Director within the same firm by the age of 31 leading to the creation of The Elite Group in 2015.

Troy Hall

Director, Group Compliance & Governance Officer - ECFS

Troy Hall is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the M&E industry, encompassing both offshore and onshore domains. He currently spearheads the Health & Safety (H&S) and Compliance & Governance initiatives within the Elite group.

With a reputation for unparalleled service quality, Troy's expertise is underpinned by an extensive technical acumen.

A confident decision maker with a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry with 10 years’ experience managing multi-site regional contracts and small to large projects nationwide, values ranging from 3k, up to 4.9million.

Often described as the maestro orchestrating a complex symphony, Danny ensures that all elements of a construction project harmoniously come together to create a masterpiece.

Danny is a visionary who conceptualises the project's scope, and the leader who motivates and guides the team through every phase, his expertise spans across various domains, from understanding architectural blueprints, deciphering engineering specifications, and comprehending the nuances of local building codes and regulations.

Effective communication is his forte, he serves as the bridge between stakeholders, ensuring that clients' aspirations are met, contractors are aligned, and the project remains on schedule and within budget, his ability to communicate clearly, delegate tasks, and mediate disputes is invaluable in maintaining project momentum and fostering a collaborative environment.
