M&S fire door replacement

The current fire doors did not meet the correct regulations. We replaced current fire doors on site, installing new certificated fire door sets to match the existing specification of door, including correct decoration.

The site was a vacant M&S shopping centre. The current fire doors on site did not meet the correct standards, so a design was submitted by ARUP which we followed, and replaced the doors over four different floors. Our works started from the pre-construction phase with the client, right up to the handover.

Elite undertook the management of all trades, reviewing progress on site, working along ARUP to ensure all doors installed were compliant and correct, with regular reporting to the client on progress.
