Westerton Primary toilet refurbishment

Provide new toilets, toilet cubicles, hygienic wall cladding, flooring, suspended ceilings, new hand dryers and wash basins to Year 5 and 6 toilets.

We were contracted to rip out the current, extremely dated Year 5 and 6 toilets at Westerton Primary School and give the area a fresh new look.

Elite undertook the pre-design stage with the client and wrote the scope of works for the client review. We undertook prestart meetings to ensure smooth operation of the works alongside the client.

Elite undertook the isolation of all mechanical and electrical services, full removal of the old toilets, wash basins, toilet cubicles, suspended ceiling, sanitary ware and lighting. We supplied and installed: new white hygienic wall cladding for a low maintenance approach, new toilet cubicles and vanity units for sink, new hand wash basins, toilets, hand dryers and mirrors. We also supplied and installed new anti-slip vinyl flooring, a new suspended ceiling with white wipeable ceiling tiles, new lighting on PIR sensors and new hand dryers.

Finally, we undertook decoration to existing doors, door frames and architrave. All site waste was removed throughout the project, with skips on site.
